Dr. Jarrett Fisher joined Baylor University in August 2025 as Associate Vice President & Dean of Students. In this role, he provides leadership for Campus Living & Learning, Student Activities, New Student Programs, and Student Conduct Administration.
With over two decades of experience in student affairs, Dr. Fisher previously served as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Students at Princeton University, where he oversaw student programs, facilities, free expression initiatives, and major university traditions. He has also held roles at Pepperdine University, San Joaquin Valley College, and within the California State University system.
Dr. Fisher holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Higher Education from Pepperdine University. His leadership is marked by a commitment to student flourishing, faith-informed development, and inclusive, mission-driven engagement.
