Staff Development Events

Over the course of each academic year, and even in the summer, the Division of Student Life provides intentional opportunities for learning, skill-building, and leadership growth. We hold large-scale, all-division gatherings (Concourse) that are designed to sharpen practice, expand perspective, and equip staff to serve students with excellence and purpose. We also support small-scale "lunch and learns" where we focus on building toolkits, honing skills, and personal development.
