Student Life Leadership Fellows
The Leadership for the Common Good Fellows Program recognizes and supports professionals who have demonstrated excellence in integrating the Leadership for the Common Good framework and who are committed to advancing it with intentionality and sustainability within their respective teams, departments, and as appropriate, across the university.
Fellows are a small community of practitioners and educators who support student leadership formation through collaborative learning, project coaching, and shared storytelling. This program provides space for each participant to refine student leadership development experiences while shaping how Baylor continues to cultivate leaders who serve the common good.
