Baylor Student Life is for YOU.

As a graduate student,  we know that your academic programs may be more rigorous than undergraduate programs, and your time outside the classroom may be more limited. Despite this, you should know that almost all Student Life programs for undergraduate students are available to graduate students if you would like to meaningfully extend your college experience outside of the classroom. 

You have the same access to Baylor athletics (including football games) as well as School of Music productions, intramural and club sports, and participation in student organizations. You will receive the What's New BU email every Monday and should know that events listed in it are there for all students. So if you'd like to attend a lecture, enjoy a date night at the Baylor Symphony, workout at the SLC, utilize the Baylor Health Center or Baylor Counseling Center, or join an intramural flag football team, these and many more experiences are at your fingertips. 

Student Life Resources

• Baylor Campus Recreation - Work out at the SLC. Join an Intramural or Club Sports team. Participate in outdoor activities like Pedal Paddle or Full Moon Float. 
• The Baylor Health Center has a full staff of doctors and nurses that are here to serve you. Our medical clinic accepts most major insurance, is often less expensive than options off-campus, and is incredibly convenient. 
• Free access to Telehealth services. Baylor has partnered with Uwill to provide telehealth support. All Baylor students have FREE access.
• Missions, Service, and Immersion Trips - Join Baylor's Spiritual Life department on a trip to carry the Good News of Jesus Christ around the world. (*not all trips are open to all students, but reach out if you are interested and ask which trips might be suited for a graduate student. 
• Pastoral Care Services - Given the many challenges faced in a university setting, students, staff, and faculty can benefit by speaking with a minister from time to time. Questions need asking. Directions need discerning. Wounds need healing. Our chaplains at the Bobo Spiritual Life Center are available to offer the care and guidance you need. When you need them, call them at (254) 710-3517 or feel free just to drop by the Bobo Spiritual Life Center.
• Multicultural Affairs - The Department of Multicultural Affairs helps all students on their journey to self-awareness. The department assists students in learning about the many cultures represented on campus, as well as explore opportunities to dialogue across differences.
• Student GameDay - As a student, you have access to attend Baylor intercollegiate athletic events including football and basketball. Instructions for securing tickets to sit in the student section can be found on the Student GameDay website.

• Waco Transit - a fixed route transportation system operated by Waco Transit in cooperation with the Baylor Department of Parking and Transportation Services. Services available at NO cost to ride! 
• The Store - Baylor's on-campus student pantry 
• VETS - Veteran Educational and Transition Services
• Student Financial Wellness
• Baylor HEB Shuttle - every Friday, sign ups required. Visit Baptist Student Ministries for sign-ups.
• Free Food Distribution, 3rd Saturday of each month (10am-11am) at 7th & James Baptist Church. 
• Discounted meals at all on-campus dining facilities. $5.50/meal for Baylor ID Cardholders. 

International Graduate Student Resources

• The Center for Global Education provides additional information available to international graduate students, including a weekly newsletter sent to International students.
