Staff Development Committee

The Student Life Staff Development Committee is a collaborative group of team members from across the division, united by a shared commitment to staff flourishing. The committee plans and hosts professional development opportunities, cultivates meaningful social connection through community-building events, and curates resources designed to support the growth and well-being of all Student Life staff. By listening to the needs of the division and creating intentional spaces for development and connection, the committee helps ensure our staff are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to thrive.
