Zach Mills
Administrative Director for Student Life
Zach Mills is the Administrative Director for the Division of Student Life. In this role he provides executive and strategic support to the Vice President for Student Life, the Associate Vice President/Dean of Students, and the Division broadly. He has been at Baylor since 2018 and served previously in the role of Student Conduct Officer. Prior to Baylor, Zach was at the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities in Washington, DC.
Zach is currently a PhD Candidate in Higher Education Studies and Leadership at Baylor, and holds a master’s degree from Louisiana State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Grove City College. Zach is married to Kate, and they have three daughters.
